We put a lot of thought into every jacket we make. It only makes sense that we put the same care into getting it to you. From the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door, we want the whole experience to feel right.

Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Shipping Within the USA

Once your order is in, we get to work. Most orders are packed and handed off to the carrier within 1 to 4 business days. We do a final quality check before anything leaves our hands,  no exceptions.

You've got two shipping options at checkout:

  •  Standard Shipping  arrives in 3 to 8 business days
  •  Expedited Shipping  arrives in 1 to 4 business days

Standard shipping is free for orders over $200. If you need it faster, expedited rates are shown at checkout based on your location.

The moment your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email. You can also follow your order on our website; just head to the tracking page and enter your number.

International Orders

We ship worldwide through FedEx, DHL, and UPS  carriers we trust to handle our jackets with the same care we do.

Delivery times vary by destination, but most international orders arrive within 7 to 21 business days. Customs processing can occasionally add a day or two, which is outside our control, but we'll keep you updated throughout.

One thing to be aware of: import duties and customs fees are set by your country's regulations and are the buyer's responsibility. If you're unsure what to expect, your local customs office can give you an estimate before you order.

Every international shipment is tracked and fully insured. Your tracking details will be sent by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order

We know waiting is the hardest part. That's why we keep you in the loop at every step.

  • Right after you order, you'll get a confirmation email with your full order details.
  • Once it ships, another email goes out with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel.
  • Any time after that, visit our order tracking page, enter your number, and see exactly where things stand.

If you notice anything unusual or experience a delay with your order, please feel free to contact us. We'd rather hear from you early than have you waiting and wondering.

How We Pack Your Order

Every jacket gets a final inspection before it's wrapped. We use protective tissue and our signature branded box, which is sturdy enough to travel and clean enough to gift. Unboxing a Urban Hawk jacket should feel like an occasion.

If your order arrives damaged, doesn't show up within the expected window, or goes missing entirely, we'll sort it out. That might mean a replacement, a carrier claim, or a full refund, whatever it takes. You will receive that without having to fight.

A jacket like this takes time, skill, and real attention to detail. The least we can do is make sure it gets to you properly. Whether you're in New York or New Zealand, we've got you covered  from the first stitch to your front door.

We prioritize speed and select the fastest shipping routes to reach you promptly. Our trusted carriers – UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx – ensure reliable shipping. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your product is dispatched, keeping you updated every step of the way. Your satisfaction is our priority.

RETURN

If you're unavailable during delivery, kindly arrange for someone to receive and sign for your order. Alternatively, you can contact the courier service to reschedule the shipment. Your convenience is important to us.
